Commercial Real Estate Brokerage - Industrial Research Analyst

Partners National Industrial Corporate Services Group (www.pnicsg.com), a commercial real estate brokerage provider focused on industrial tenant representation and corporate services, seeks a motivated college graduate to join its growing industrial brokerage team as a research analyst.  The candidate will begin in an entry-level position with the primary task of researching real estate markets and opportunities that meet our clients needs by contacting outside brokers and other professionals nationwide via phone/email and by utilizing database Internet services.  The candidate will also assist the team with marketing to prospective clients.  

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a seasoned team of national industrial real estate brokers in a great atmosphere.  This position will allow the candidate to obtain valuable training and knowledge of the industry while in a salaried position.  The candidate will be given extensive training upon hiring regarding team processes, communication skills and many facets of the commercial real estate industry.
