P. Kane Dossett - Founder and CEO
Kane Dossett, founder and CEO of Partners National Real Estate Group, has been
representing the interests of corporations for the past 22 years. In the 15 years since
founding Partners National, Kane and his colleagues have represented their
corporate clients in transactions covering more than 350 cities throughout North
America and internationally. Kane's transactions have ranged in size from corporate
headquarters of several hundred thousand square feet to executive suite leases,
depending on the client's requirements.
Kane is regarded as being among the first in the industry to develop software that
integrates the accounts payable functions with lease administration applications.
Since the first implementation of this software for a national client in 1993, numerous
other corporations have retained Partners National to implement the application and
manage their accounts payable and lease portfolios.
Prior to forming Partners National, Kane was Vice President for a competing national
real estate company for five years. During the previous three years, Kane held the
position of Vice President of Leasing with Central Park Development, a national office
and retail developer. Kane also served on the real estate audit team at Coopers &
Lybrand, where he evaluated the performance of commercial office developments.
Kane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southern Methodist

S. Craig Jones - President
Craig Jones serves as President of the company and is responsible for developing
and coordinating corporate real estate services for Partners National. As part of the
executive management team of Partners National, Craig has provided leadership in
developing the philosophy and focus of the company. His efforts have led to
successfully implementing the team concept to National Accounts. Craig has
instituted frequent seminars and guest lectures for the company. Craig has recently
represented companies such as McDATA, UPS, Noton Lilly, Northwestern Mutual,
TXU, Acxiom, and Alltel throughout North America.
Prior to joining Partners National, Craig was Vice President and Principal of
MacFarlan Real Estate Services & MSDW Southwest Partners, the Southwest
Region Operating Partner for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and prior to MacFarlan, he
was with JPI, Inc. Craig's real estate career extends 21 years and includes
experience in tenant representation, development, strategic planning, landlord
representation, acquisition / disposition assignments, project management, and lease
documentation. Craig brings Partners National an extensive background in
strategizing, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions
involving office, mission critical facilities, industrial, retail, and land. Craig received a
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in
Banking & Finance from the University of Arkansas. |

Michael C. Rareshide - Executive Vice President
Michael Rareshide joined Partners National in 1994 as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the company, Michael had significant roles in the real estate development, investment banking and public accounting sectors. He has worked directly in over 100 office markets across North America. Notably, he facilitated a 400,000 square foot lease for Allegiance Telecom's corporate headquarters in Dallas, then the second largest lease in the city in 2000. His client list includes such top level companies as Perot Systems, Citigroup, Fireman's Fund, Hibernia National Bank, HealthPlan Services and CoreSource.
Michael has experience in mission-critical real estate site selection since 1997. Companies that have sought his expertise in multiple-city rollouts include AT&T Wireless, Switch & Data Facilities, Datek Online, Verio, Winstar Communications and Exodus Communications. Michael is regularly quoted in national industry and business publications and has participated in trend discussions such as RealComm, the Commercial Real Estate Industry's eConference and the Dallas Business Journal's Technology Real Estate Roundtable. A Certified Public Accountant since 1984 with Big 6 experience, Michael graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is married and has three sons. |

Kirk A. Killian - Senior Vice President
Kirk Killian represents financial institutions, insurance companies, and Fortune 1000 clients in procuring data centers, call centers, disaster recovery sites, and commercial office space. Since joining Partners National Real Estate Group in 1999, he has completed mission critical projects in 20 states as well as in Canada. Kirk is a frequent presenter at industry conferences on various data center facility and disaster recovery topics.
Kirk was formerly a broker with Insignia/ESG, and one of its predecessor companies, Paragon Group, where he represented buyers and sellers in the sale of more than $300 million in commercial properties and completed lease negotiations with major grocery, drug, and home center retailers. He was formerly Acquisition Director for U.S. Restaurant Properties, a publicly traded REIT, and a tax accountant for Ernst & Young. Kirk has been a licensed real estate broker for 16 years, and he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting. Kirk is married and has one child. |

Frank A. Wood - Vice President
Frank Wood joined Partners National in January 2005 and is responsible for the development of corporate real estate services for his clients throughout North America. Frank brings with him 7 years of real estate experience and a thorough understanding of lease documentation, market underwriting, financial analysis and negotiation techniques.
Prior to Partners National, Frank spent 5 years as Vice President of Leasing at Trammell Crow Company where he represented the interests of landlords throughout the Dallas market. Frank also spent 2 years in the Project Leasing Department at Macfarlan Real Estate Services/MSDW Southwest Partners (the Southwest Region Operating Partner for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter). A 1994 graduate of Baylor University, Frank received a BBA Marketing degree and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman.

K. Carson Jones - Senior Account Executive
Carson Jones joined Partners National Real Estate Group in 2001. Carson specializes in underwriting markets for clients on a national and local level. He has built a strong foundation in the business and is currently managing accounts for national clients. Prior to joining Partners National Real Estate Group, he was a corporate account manager for a national corporate real estate services company. Carson earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Baylor University. He currently serves as secretary on the Board of Trustees for The Gow School, a college preparatory school in Buffalo, New York |

M. Ross Longo, Esq. - Senior Account Executive
Ross Longo provides tenant representation services for corporate users on a national level, specializing in office and industrial tenant representation. As a former practicing attorney, Ross provides extensive lease negotiation services to his clients and utilizes his detail-oriented eye in providing the most cost-efficient solutions for his clients. During his tenure with Partners, Ross has represented clients in over 35 national markets, including Phoenix, Charlotte, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Seattle, Buffalo, and Atlanta .
Ross' clients include Victory Packaging, BASF Corporation, UAP Distribution, Inc., Chase Staffing Services, Alsco and Consumers Energy.
Prior to joining Partners National, Ross practiced law in Houston, Texas for 4 years with the law firms of Abbott, Simses & Kuchler and McFall, Sherwood & Breitbeil. His law practice focused on complex commercial litigation. Ross graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University and was first in his class in his major. Ross then earned a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was on the Dean's List.

M. Sloan Teegarden - Senior Account Executive
Sloan Teegarden specializes in tenant representation services for corporate users on a national level. His primary responsibilities at Partners National include new business development, lease structure and negotiation, market analysis, strategic planning and site selection. Prior to joining Partners National, Sloan spen t three years as a supply chain analyst for VHA, Inc. While at VHA, Inc, Sloan was responsible for analyzing hospitals purchasing data and pinpointing potential areas of improvement and savings. Since his time at Partners National, Sloan has worked with notable clients including Alsco, Inc., PharMerica, BASF, Physicians Mutual Insurance and Paetec. Sloan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas . |

Dustin S. Gillioz - Senior Account Executive
Dustin Gillioz provides tenant representation services for corporate users on a national level with a specific focus in representing office and industrial tenants and buyers. Dustin's responsibilities at Partners National include new business development, lease structure and negotiation, market underwriting/analysis, site evaluation and selection, comparative analysis and strategic planning. His detailed and analytic approach to transactions allows him to achieve favorable and cost-effective results for his clients. While at Partners National, Dustin has worked with notable clients including Ciena Corporation, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Chase Staffing, JV Industrial Companies Ltd, Eastman Chemical and others. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas State University in San Marcos .

Bradley D. Larson - Senior Account Executive
Bradley D. Larson joined Partners National in 2007 as a Senior Account Executive. Brad's primary responsibilities include lease structuring, new business development, lease negotiation, market underwriting/analysis and strategic planning. Prior to joining Partners National, Brad worked for a Dallas/Fort Worth brokerage firm where he represented both tenants and landlords in industrial and office properties. Because of his passion for adding value to users in real estate transactions, he decided to make the transition to join Partners National in order to focus exclusively on corporate tenant representation.

Michael D. Stapleton - Senior Account Executive
Michael Stapleton joined Partners National in 2007. Michael's primary responsibilities include business development, market research/underwriting analysis, site evaluation and strategic planning. His extensive market underwriting ability allows local and national clients to maximize their negotiating position for office leases. Michael brings an extensive background in the mortgage industry, commercial construction and sales to Partners National. He obtained his BBA in Marketing and Management from Baylor University .

Michael B. Irvin - Research Analyst
Michael Irvin joined Partners National in 2007 as a Research Analyst . His primary responsibility is to research each market and provide an accurate assessment of available commercial space. Michael personally contact s leasing agents, real estate companies, economic development corporations, and other available sources to obtain and verify current market conditions and property information for each requirement. In his time with Partners, Michael has conducted research in over 20 markets for the brokerage teams. Within the next year, Michael plans to ma k e the transition from a research analyst into a brokerage position. Michael is a graduate of the University of Arkansas' Sam Walton College of Business with a major in Finance/Real Estate and a minor in Marketing.

Lyle G. Patma n - Research Analyst
Lyle Patman is a Research Analyst for Partners National. Lyle teams with Ross Longo and Kane Dossett to provide Partners' clients with detailed market analysis and underwriting of the numerous markets in which Partners National works. To provide this up to date information, Lyle personally contacts leasing agents, real estate companies, economic development corporations, and other available sources to obtain and verify current market conditions and property information for each requirement. Lyle is a graduate of the Rawls School of Business at Texas Tech University with a degree in Business.

Bianca A. Laughlin - Director, Lease Administration
Bianca Laughlin joined Partners National Real Estate Group in 1998. As director of lease administration, Bianca oversees the lease administration and accounts payable functions for Partners National's clients. She coordinates lease-related accounts payable for clients such as Victory Packaging, CoreSource, Inc., and Trustmark Insurance Company. Her other responsibilities include tracking, management and payment of all rent payments, operating expenses, real estate taxes, and insurance for the firm's clients. Before joining Partners National, Bianca worked for CMD Realty Investors, a national property investor, where she oversaw property management and receivables.
