P. Kane Dossett - Founder and CEO

Kane Dossett, founder and CEO of Partners National Real Estate Group, has been representing the interests of corporations for the past 23 years. In the 17 years since founding Partners National, Kane and his colleagues have represented their corporate clients in transactions covering more than 350 cities throughout North America and internationally. Kane's transactions have ranged in size from corporate headquarters of several hundred thousand square feet to executive suite leases, depending on the client's requirements.

Kane is regarded as being among the first in the industry to develop software that integrates the accounts payable functions with lease administration applications. Since the first implementation of this software for a national client in 1993, numerous other corporations have retained Partners National to implement the application and manage their accounts payable and lease portfolios.

Prior to forming Partners National, Kane was Vice President for a competing national real estate company for five years. During the previous three years, Kane held the position of Vice President of Leasing with Central Park Development, a national office and retail developer. Kane also served on the real estate audit team at Coopers & Lybrand, where he evaluated the performance of commercial office developments. Kane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

S. Craig Jones - President

Craig Jones serves as President of the company and is responsible for developing and coordinating corporate real estate services for Partners National. As part of the executive management team of Partners National, Craig has provided leadership in developing the philosophy and focus of the company. His efforts have led to successfully implementing the team concept to National Accounts. Craig has instituted frequent seminars and guest lectures for the company. Craig has recently represented companies such as McDATA, UPS, Noton Lilly, Northwestern Mutual, TXU, Acxiom, and Alltel throughout North America.

Prior to joining Partners National, Craig was Vice President and Principal of MacFarlan Real Estate Services & MSDW Southwest Partners, the Southwest Region Operating Partner for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and prior to MacFarlan, he was with JPI, Inc. Craig's real estate career extends 23 years and includes experience in tenant representation, development, strategic planning, landlord representation, acquisition / disposition assignments, project management, and lease documentation. Craig brings Partners National an extensive background in strategizing, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions involving office, mission critical facilities, industrial, retail, and land. Craig received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Banking & Finance from the University of Arkansas.
Michael C. Rareshide - Executive Vice President

Michael Rareshide joined Partners National in 1994 as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the company, Michael had significant roles in the real estate development, investment banking and public accounting sectors. He has worked directly in over 100 office markets across North America. Notably, he facilitated a 400,000 square foot lease for Allegiance Telecom's corporate headquarters in Dallas, then the second largest lease in the city in 2000. His client list includes such top level companies as Perot Systems, Citigroup, Fireman's Fund, Hibernia National Bank, HealthPlan Services and CoreSource.

Michael has experience in mission-critical real estate site selection since 1997. Companies that have sought his expertise in multiple-city rollouts include AT&T Wireless, Switch & Data Facilities, Datek Online, Verio, Winstar Communications and Exodus Communications. Michael is regularly quoted in national industry and business publications and has participated in trend discussions such as RealComm, the Commercial Real Estate Industry's eConference and the Dallas Business Journal's Technology Real Estate Roundtable. A Certified Public Accountant since 1984 with Big 6 experience, Michael graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is married and has three sons.
Kirk A. Killian - Executive Vice President

Kirk Killian represents financial institutions, insurance companies, and Fortune 1000 clients in procuring data centers, call centers, disaster recovery sites, and commercial office space. Since joining Partners National Real Estate Group in 1999, he has completed mission critical projects in 20 states as well as in Canada. Kirk is a frequent presenter at industry conferences on various data center facility and disaster recovery topics.

Kirk was formerly a broker with Insignia/ESG, and one of its predecessor companies, Paragon Group, where he represented buyers and sellers in the sale of more than $300 million in commercial properties and completed lease negotiations with major grocery, drug, and home center retailers. He was formerly Acquisition Director for U.S. Restaurant Properties, a publicly traded REIT, and a tax accountant for Ernst & Young. Kirk has been a licensed real estate broker for 16 years, and he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting. Kirk is married and has one child.

M. Ross Longo, Esq.Vice President

Ross Longo is a corporate services broker and consultant who works with his clients on a national level, specializing in industrial and office tenant representation. With his legal background, Ross provides extensive lease and purchase negotiation services to his clients in addition to providing extensive market research.  Ross has worked in numerous markets nationwide assisting his clients complete lease and purchase transactions.   

In the last three years, Ross has been involved in transactions totaling over 1.5 million square feet.  Partnering with Brad Larson, Ross oversees in excess of 3.5 million square feet of space for his portfolio clients.  He was named to Black's Guide's Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial "Young Guns Under 35" for 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Prior to joining Partners National, Ross practiced complex commercial litigation and insurance defense law in Houston, Texas for 4 years with the law firms of Abbott, Simses & Kuchler and McFall, Sherwood & Breitbeil. Ross graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University and was first in his class in his major.  Ross then earned a law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was on the Dean's List.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

Bradley D. Larson - Vice President

Brad Larson provides corporate real estate services on a national basis.  Brad assists corporations with lease renewals, relocations, new lease acquisitions, building purchases, build-to-suit analysis and execution, disposition services, and strategic planning/consulting.  Prior to joining Partners National, Brad was with Bradford Companies, where he represented industrial landlords and tenants in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  In conjunction with his experience representing users of real estate ranging from small private companies to Fortune 50 companies, Brad's background in representing landlords provides him with a well rounded perspective which helps him negotiate cost effective and beneficial real estate transaction terms for his clients.

Brad’s primary specialization is in assisting industrial corporations with distribution, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and logistics real estate projects throughout North America.  Partnering with Ross Longo, Brad currently oversees in excess of 3,500,000 square feet of industrial real estate space for his corporate clients.

Brad was named as an “Industrial Top Young Gun Under 35” in Black’s Guide for 2008 (#26) and 2009 (#19) based upon square footage of industrial tenant representation projects completed.  Brad’s career in industrial corporate services began while in college, representing a distribution company in purchasing a warehouse building to house their regional operations.  Brad graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics - Real Estate and Finance emphasis.

K. Carson Jones - Vice President

Carson Jones joined Partners National Real Estate Group in 2001. Carson specializes in underwriting markets for clients on a national and local level. He has built a strong foundation in the business and is currently managing accounts for national clients. Prior to joining Partners National Real Estate Group, he was a corporate account manager for a national corporate real estate services company. Carson earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Baylor University. He currently serves as secretary on the Board of Trustees for The Gow School, a college preparatory school in Buffalo, New York
Edward H. Kim Portfolio Manager

Edward Kim is a seasoned tenant advocate responsible for transaction management on multiple national accounts across various industries. He has conducted hundreds of transactions to date effectively negotiating deals for Office, Flex/Industrial, Retail, and Mission Critical spaces and properties. His responsibilities include Lease Acquisition/Disposition, CRE Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Process Development & Implementation as well as Client Relationship Management.

Over the course of his professional career, Edward has been a productive team member for multiple Fortune 500 companies, worked abroad, and acquired valuable work experience in the main functional areas of business (Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations Management) prior to entering commercial real estate in 2006. Past notable clients include Comcast Corporation, Centex Homes, Texas Instruments, and Verizon Communications. Current clients include Acxiom Corporation, Benco Dental, Northwestern Mutual, and Windstream Communications.

Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Texas-Austin. After working several years in Corporate America and in Asia, he returned to school earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Services Marketing from The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University-Tempe. Edward’s unique blend of diverse work experience, accumulated knowledge, and developed skill set differentiates him by enhancing his ability to provide strategic perspectives and deliver world class service to his clients.

Lyle G. Patman - Account Executive

Lyle Patman is a corporate services broker that works on a national and local level with a specific focus in representing office and industrial tenants and buyers.  Lyle’s previous position with Partners National was a Research Analyst where he personally underwrote over 200 markets, including all of the major markets in the U.S.  Lyle’s thorough national market knowledge helps him achieve the most cost-effective results for his clients.

Lyle is a graduate of the Rawls School of Business at Texas Tech University with a degree in Business

Jeffrey Johnston - Account Executive

Jeffrey Johnston is a corporate real estate services broker with Partners National who specializes in tenant representation.   Jeffrey brings five years experience in the real estate industry and has represented his corporate clients throughout the United States.  Jeffrey routinely meets with brokers to keep an insight into the market conditions in cities that clients have facilities or offices.  Jeffrey is involved in a transaction from the introduction phase until completion and takes pride in having involvement throughout the process.  Jeffrey is a 2005 graduate of the Walton College of Business at The University of Arkansas.

 

 

Charlie Dale - Research Analyst

Charlie Dale is a Research Analyst for Partners National's industrial team. Charlie assists Partners National's industrial team with comprehensive market analysis and transaction administration for national clients and also assists the team with marketing.  In preparing comprehensive market analyses for Partners National's industrial clients, Charlie personally contacts leasing agents, real estate ownership entities, economic development corporations, and other available sources to obtain and verify current market conditions and property information for each requirement. Charlie is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a bachelor's of science in Real Estate.

Brent Hargrave - Research Analyst

Brent Hargrave joined Partners National in 2010 as a Research Analyst. Brent assists Partners National with comprehensive market research and financial transaction analysis for national clients and also assists the company with marketing.  In preparing comprehensive market studies nationwide for Partners National's clients, Brent personally contacts leasing agents, real estate ownership entities, economic development corporations, and other available sources to obtain and verify current market conditions and property information for each requirement. Brent graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Real Estate.

 

Ryan Hooker - Transaction Coordinator

Ryan Hooker is the Transaction Coordinator for Partners National Real Estate Group.  Ryan assists Partners National's Corporate Services team with transaction administration for national clients, comprehensive market analysis, and marketing.  As Transaction Coordinator for the team, Ryan ensures relevant information is provided directly to the client in a timely and efficient manner.  In preparing comprehensive market analyses for Partners National's clients, Ryan personally contacts leasing agents, real estate ownership entities, economic development corporations, and other available sources to obtain and verify current market conditions and property information for each requirement. Ryan is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor's of Economics with an emphasis in Financial Applications.  Prior to working with Partners National, Ryan worked as a Securities Analyst at Rockwood Investment Partners.

 

Bianca A. Laughlin - Director, Lease Administration

Bianca Laughlin joined Partners National Real Estate Group in 1998. As director of lease administration, Bianca oversees the lease administration and accounts payable functions for Partners National's clients. She coordinates lease-related accounts payable for clients such as Victory Packaging, CoreSource, Inc., and Trustmark Insurance Company. Her other responsibilities include tracking, management and payment of all rent payments, operating expenses, real estate taxes, and insurance for the firm's clients. Before joining Partners National, Bianca worked for CMD Realty Investors, a national property investor, where she oversaw property management and receivables.
